 순위가 없음에도 불구하고, 글로옹 2위 레로쉬 3위라는 불공정한 광고나 홍보의 목적으로 사용하여 제재를 받게 되었습니다.

더 이상, TNS 랭킹이나 survey는 사용할 수 없으니 허위정보로 학교선택에 있어 피해를 받지 않으시길 바랍니다.

Appeal against TNS ranking/survey by Glion and Les Roches

I would like to share with you that we have won the appeal with Swiss Fair Advertising Commission, regarding

Glion and Les Roches’ use of the TNS ranking and survey in their marketing and commercial campaigns.
 
Swiss Education Group Holding AG (“SEG”) raised to the Swiss fair advertising commission (“the Commission”;

see www.faire-werbung.ch), that two competitors in the hotel management school market promoted their

services with unfair advertising claims. The Commission agreed in two separate decisions with SEG’s view and

recommended that the schools should stop using the results of the so-called “TNS Rankings or Surveys” in their

commercial communications and that they should stop using their  “best”, “top ranking” and similar claims,

such as “Best Hospitality Management School in the World”, “ranks among the top hospitality management

schools in the world” or “is one of the world’s highest ranked hospitality schools. The Commission held that

the schools had failed to show that the “TNS Rankings or Surveys” were neutral, objective, fact-bound and

transparent; therefore, the “TNS Rankings or Surveys” should not be used in their commercial communications.
 
We would appreciate your support in the effort to make sure that our competitors do not use their unfair
